 Class of 1964 50th Reunion Celebration
Where:  Pulaski Train Station                                                                                                    When:  June 6, 7, and 8, 2014

 

 

Okay folks….plans are made and we’re ready to get the party started.  Our itinerary is shown below:

 

Friday, June 6th

6:00pm – This is the time when we can get together and visit a little while before the festivities start.  We will gather on the courthouse lawn before going to attend the number one movie of 1964.

7:00pm – GOLDFINGER will be showing at the Pulaski Theater.  Does that bring back memories or what?  You are responsible for paying for your own concessions.    

9:00 – 11:00pm – Meet at Fatz Restaurant/Bar in Dublin.  Optional for us night owls.

Saturday, June 7th  (Bring your walking shoes)

12:00 – 12:30pm – Calfee Park Tour - Meet at Calfee Park, upper parking lot, ticket window area for a guided tour.

12:45 – 2:45pm – Museum Tour, Downtown Trolley Tour, Socializing.  Meet at the downtown Ratcliffe Museum.  You will be very proud of the museum and, I’m sure, will appreciate another opportunity to view Dr. Brockmeyer’s model train display.  It’s quite impressive.

The trolley will pick us up for a tour of downtown.  This is a great opportunity to see the changes to our little town over the years.

3:00 – 4:00pm – Pulaski High School Tour - Tour the home of many of our memories, Pulaski High School – Pico Terrace.  Now serving as Pulaski Middle School, our memories are still walking these halls.

7:00 – 11:00pm – The main event at the Pulaski Train Station.  Reunite with your classmates, brag about your kids, grandkids, eat and listen to “our” music provided for us by our own Roger Hurd.  Roger has asked that you let us know of any songs that you want to hear.

Sunday, June 8th

 9:30am – Goodbye breakfast at Shoney’s in Dublin.  Optional, not included in your registration fee.

The attached registration form and monies MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 15TH.  Easy date to remember, right?

Your registration fee is $35.00 per person.  This includes all the activities listed above as well as food, etc.  This is BYOB.  We will provide soft drinks, tea, coffee, etc. 

Response to our request for a brief profile for the Memories Book has been somewhat slow.  Please take a few minutes to jot down a brief profile and return it with this registration form.

The cost of the Memories Book is $10.00 each.  It features a directory of current addresses, telephone numbers, and email information if available for all classmates.  It will include some key memories in history that occurred during our time at PHS plus some photos and other memorabilia.

You will receive your Memories Book at the reunion, however, updates will be sent once all photos taken during the reunion are compiled and printed on sheets to be added to the book.
